Meet the Family 

I talk a lot about my family so I thought I would take a moment to introduce them. 

My WONDERFUL Husband

If you had told me 7 years ago that Jason and I would be married I would have day dreamed about it but probably not have believed it.  When you fall in love in high school its amazing but there is a little part of you that can't truly believe you found the real deal that early in life.  Well, I did!  After nearly 7 years of dating, 3 deployments with the Army, and 4 years of long distance romance while I was in college, we finally tied the knot in December 2011!  Our relationship isn't perfect, we have our fights and we don't see eye to eye on everything but we are perfect for each other.  I couldn't imagine living without him.  He doesn't do crazy things like have a marriage proposal written in the sky, but when it comes to making me happy he would do anything.

Ellie-Mae  (Ellie Belly, Jelly-Belly)

This picture really does her no justice.  She is one of the prettiest little ladies I have ever seen and her coat is silky soft.  My first roommate and I brought Ellie home the day we signed our lease.  She was so tiny and now she has a big old jelly belly--again the picture is misleading!  Ellie-Belly is definitely a daddy's girl.  Jason is her absolute favorite person in the world!  

Gizmo (Gizzy) 

Gizmo is the most recent addition to our family!  He is all of 6 weeks old and I am really hoping I am correct in saying he is a boy.  When we got Ellie two years ago the owner said it was a boy and so did the vet...until her little stitches feel out and we realized Gibbs was a Gibblette and renamed her!

Finnlee and Jessica

 

I mention my nephew all the time and he is just too cute not put on here!  He is almost a year old (where did time go) and an expert at imitating pterodactyls!  A lot of my projects begin as something for him and then turn into other ideas along the way!  If you couldn't tell from the picture, that is his Mommy holding him!  Jessica is my only sibling and one of my closest friends in life!  Although he isn't in the picture, my brother in law is a pretty cool kid too and an awesome husband/father to Finnlee and Jessica!

I have a lot of other family members too but I don't mention them as often as this bunch!  I guess I will add introductions in posts as I go!
